Return goods

A return form is included with every order we ship. If you want to return one or more items, please fill out the return form. If there is no return form with the order, you can easily request one from our customer service.

Please send the goods back to us at your expense immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract:

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.
The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please keep your posting receipt until the credit has been issued.
