Please do not pay the deposit until you are asked to do so when requesting an appointment.

Important:

If you do not show up for the appointment and cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

If you cancel on time, you will receive a voucher for the amount paid. Refunds are excluded.
